🫶 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
• Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
• Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
• Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
• Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

💼 What You’ll Bring

• Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services
  • or willingness to enroll—we can connect you with government-funded training options!
• Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Availability across a range of shifts, must be available for weekend and overnight shifts.
