As our Technical Services Manager, you’ll lead the teams that keep our iconic attractions operating at their best. This is a newly created leadership role, designed to strengthen how we plan, maintain and deliver technical services across our parks.
With one position at Movie World and one at Sea World, this is your chance to step into a role where safety, reliability and performance come together, all while supporting unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
This is where the magic happens! You’ll be:
• Leading Technical Services operations to ensure attractions and assets are safe, compliant and reliable
• Planning and delivering annual shutdowns, preventative maintenance and scheduled works
• Coordinating supervisors, trades and contractors across daily operations and projects
• Leading, coaching and managing the Technical Services team, including workforce planning, recruitment and performance reviews
• Managing maintenance systems, documentation and compliance requirements
• Overseeing budgets, labour planning and contractor costs
• Supporting capital works and new attraction development alongside Group Projects
• Partnering with Facilities and other departments to deliver seamless technical outcomes
• Championing safety, risk management and continuous improvement across your teams

What We’re Looking For
You’re a confident, hands on leader who thrives in complex, operational environments and knows how to balance safety, compliance, people leadership and performance. You’ll bring:
• Proven experience leading technical or maintenance teams in complex environments
• Strong planning, budgeting and resource management skills
• Experience managing contractors, shutdowns and maintenance programs
• Knowledge of construction and maintenance practices, including scheduling and costing
• A strong understanding of Amusement Ride & Device regulatory requirements
• High level leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A genuine commitment to safety, compliance and team development
• Flexibility to work out of hours and travel when required
• Working at heights certification or capability
