The Opportunity
As the Learning Systems Lead, you will be responsible for the governance, optimisation and ongoing management of our Learning Management System (Cornerstone – Wonder.LAB).
This role ensures the platform delivers a seamless and engaging learning experience, supports compliance training, and provides meaningful insights to drive workforce capability and organisational performance.
Working closely with People & Culture, Learning, Digital Solutions and key stakeholders, you will act as the subject matter expert for learning systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement across the platform.
