We are preparing to welcome Gold Coast Private Hospital into the Mater network—an important milestone that will strengthen our ability to serve communities across the state.
The acquisition process of the Gold Coast hospital is expected to complete in mid-2026. The GM role will play a pivotal part in shaping this integration and ensuring a seamless transition for patients, staff and partners.
This is a rare opportunity to be instrumental in the transition activities and be ready to shape the unified, purpose‑driven workforce and to champion a culture grounded in clinical excellence, equity and service.
Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
