Work at Australia’s only Theme Park Resort and be part of creating unforgettable guest experiences every day. As Front Office Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service from the moment guests arrive.
Leading by example, you will create a warm and welcoming first impression while supporting the Front Office team with check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest enquiries. You will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Resort while stepping into Duty Manager responsibilities when required.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Welcome and check in guests with a friendly, professional and engaging approach
• Create memorable first and last impressions during the check-in and check-out experience
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests and general concerns to ensure a seamless stay
• Collect, store and deliver guest luggage as required
• Prepare daily operational reports and arrival information for upcoming shifts
• Manage cash handling and perform accounts reconciliation
• Identify and encourage upsell opportunities to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure the safety, security and integrity of the Resort, guests and team members while on duty
• Support the training, coaching and development of the Reception team
• Step into Duty Manager responsibilities as required to support resort operations
What You Bring:
• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or Team Leader within a large hotel or resort environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team
• A commitment to excellence and delivering exceptional results
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Experience using Opera Property Management System (desirable)
