Job Summary:

As we head into our End of Financial Year peak, we’re looking to bring on 5 temporary Superannuation Administrators to support our Operations team during our busiest time of year.

These are temporary roles based on the Gold Coast, commencing Monday, 4 May and running through to late 2026.

Successful candidates will be required to work on‑site initially for training, before moving into a hybrid arrangement of up to 3 days working from home per week, once training is complete.

Due to the critical nature of EOFY processing, full availability from May to October is essential, along with flexibility to support paid overtime during peak periods.

This opportunity is well suited to early‑career professionals, recent graduates, or candidates with superannuation or financial services experience who are looking for hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

You’ll play a key role in supporting superannuation and EOFY processing activities, including:

  • Processing superannuation administration tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Reviewing and validating member, contribution and transaction data
  • Completing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • High‑volume data entry and quality checks
  • Supporting EOFY deliverables and working to tight regulatory deadlines
  • Working closely with experienced operations teams during peak periods

Requirements:

We’re open to a range of backgrounds, but you’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in superannuation administration, financial services or operations (highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy - this is critical
  • Confidence working with large volumes of data
  • A reliable and committed approach during busy periods
  • Full availability from May to October, with flexibility to work paid overtime as required

Why join us?

You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive operations environment, gaining valuable exposure to EOFY superannuation processing while working alongside experienced teams during a critical period for the business.

Many of our EOFY temps return year‑on‑year, and strong performers may also be considered for future opportunities beyond the EOFY period.
