AI Data & Automation Intern (3 Month Contract)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented final year or Master’s level university student to lead the development of AI-driven data workflows within our business.

This is a hands-on, project-based role focused on structured data transformation, workflow design, and practical automation. It is not a social media or content-writing position.

You will take ownership of designing and implementing structured AI prompt systems for advanced AI chat-based platforms, working closely with our Compliance team to ensure outputs meet operational and regulatory standards.

What you’ll do

• Take primary responsibility for developing structured prompts for advanced AI chat-based platforms
• Convert raw operational and compliance data (particularly invoices) into formatted, structured outputs
• Transform Excel and CSV datasets into structured summaries, reports, and dashboards
• Build a repeatable AI prompt library for compliance and operational processes
• Test, validate, and refine AI-driven workflows for accuracy and consistency
• Document processes and create clear user guides for internal staff
• Collaborate closely with the Compliance team to ensure regulatory and operational alignment

What we’re looking for

• Current university student in Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• In final year or completing a Master’s degree
• Strong Excel skills (essential)
• Logical thinker with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable taking ownership of a clearly defined project
• Strong interest in AI systems, automation, and process optimisation
• Ability to document workflows clearly and systematically
• Basic knowledge of Python or scripting (desirable but not essential)
